All Employees of T & D’s Lube Doctors LLC participate in a our company training program to produce the best and safest employee to support our customers
Safety Training and Certifications
All employees complete all training and certifications required for the workplace.
T&D Training Program
Employees are trained in Subject Matter Expertise with our custom company program:
Staff must study the Company Training book that consists of 32 oil & gas topics.
Employee must complete 200 hours of on the job training (OJT) while completing their training book with a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Once Trainer and Employee complete training book and hours the employee must pass all evaluations on each subject.
Employees with experience will also be given a training book and do OJT with a T&Ds SME trainer.
